Once our courier arrives, he will be happy to see packed & protected items, waiting next to the door, if possible.

DELIVERY

You will get a phone call 30 mins prior to delivery. Make yourself available to accept delivered items, unless "two-man team" extra option has been ordered to handle your goods.

We offer a range of options to help you have a seamless and stress-free experience. Consider including professional packing & protection service, a two-man team to collect and deliver your goods upstairs to your apartment.

Usually, it takes from 1 to 3 days to deliver the goods, again depending on the area and your availability.

We will provide another slot for the next nearest available date.

Yes, we try our best to keep our clients updated as much as possible. Expect to get a phone call or a text message 30 mins prior to your scheduled delivery.

Do I need to pack my item?

To avoid damage during delivery it is strongly recommended to pack and prepare item(s) for transportation, unless Bubble Wrap Packing option booked initially.

How can I pay for my delivery order?

You can pay only cash on delivery.

Would it be possible to add more items to my order?
